Terms of Service
This is an English translation of the Polish Terms of Service, and in case of any discrepancy the Polish version is binding.
These Terms of Service apply from 1 November 2026.
§ 1. Who provides the service
Wally is available at getwally.ai. The service provider is Daniel Kotliński THE GAPS, ul. Przyjaciół 18 lok. 2, 05-825 Książenice, NIP 7881973449, REGON 364962560, entered in CEIDG.
Contact: go@getwally.ai.
§ 2. Definitions
- Client means a person or company that has an Account in Wally.
- Consumer means a Client who is a natural person buying outside their business activity. A person running a business has the same rights when the contract is not of a professional nature for them.
- Scan means a single run of the analysis that produces a Report. Wally has two types of scans: Deep, the full one, and Brief, the shorter one.
- Pack means a set number of Scans to be used within a set period.
- Report means the result of a Scan, available in the Account.
§ 3. What you need to use the service
All you need is a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working email address.
The Client may not submit unlawful content to Wally, bypass security measures or disrupt the service. Using the internet carries ordinary risks, such as malware or a stolen password, so passwords should not be shared with others.
§ 4. Account
Creating an Account is free and gives access to a sample report. The contract for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period, from the moment the Account is created.
The Client may end this contract at any time by writing to go@getwally.ai. We then delete the Account. Unused Scans are forfeited, subject to the rights described in § 8.
We may block or terminate the Account with 14 days' notice if the Client seriously breaches these Terms. If the breach threatens the security of the service, the block may take effect immediately.
§ 5. Packs and prices
- Solo: 1 Deep and 1 Brief, valid for 30 days, 999.00 PLN net, that is 1,228.77 PLN including VAT.
- Studio: 3 Deep and 3 Brief, valid for 90 days, 2,499.00 PLN net, that is 3,073.77 PLN including VAT.
- Agency: 6 Deep and 6 Brief, valid for 180 days, 4,499.00 PLN net, that is 5,533.77 PLN including VAT.
The Client pays the price including VAT. Validity is counted from the date of purchase. When another Pack is bought, the Scans add up and the whole balance is valid until the later of the two dates. Scans not used within this period expire and are not refundable, subject to § 8.
§ 6. Purchase, payment and invoice
Before paying, the Client chooses a Pack and enters invoice details. Payment is handled by Stripe, by card or BLIK, in Polish zloty (PLN). The contract for the sale of a Pack is concluded when the payment is accepted. That is also when the Scans are added to the Account.
After payment we issue an invoice in the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and send it by email, and a copy is available in the Account. Invoices in this system cannot be edited afterwards, so the Client is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
§ 7. Scans and Reports
A Brief Scan usually takes about 45 minutes, and a Deep Scan about 2 hours. These times are approximate. If a Scan fails for reasons on our side, it is returned to the Account.
Wally analyzes data from public sources using artificial intelligence models and delivers a preliminary interpretation. A Report may contain errors or gaps, because it depends on the availability of sources. It does not replace the work of a strategist or legal or financial advice, and the Client makes any decisions based on a Report independently.
A Report is private by default. The Client may share it through a link and is then responsible for who they pass it on to.
The Client may use Reports in their own work and in work for their clients, including in proposals, tenders and strategies. The Client may not resell access to Wally or offer it as their own service. Third-party materials shown in a Report, such as posts or ads, remain the property of their owners.
§ 8. Withdrawal from the contract
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a Pack within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason. It is enough to send a statement to go@getwally.ai before this period ends.
The following template may be used: “I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the [name] pack, bought on [date]. Full name, address, Account email address, date”.
When buying without a NIP, the Consumer agrees to have the Scans made available immediately after payment, that is before the 14 days have passed. The Consumer also acknowledges that after using all Scans from the Pack, they lose the right of withdrawal.
If a Consumer withdraws after using some of the Scans, they pay proportionally for the Scans used. We divide the Pack price equally across all Scans in the Pack. We refund the remaining amount within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method, and the unused Scans are removed from the Account.
§ 9. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to go@getwally.ai. Please include a description of the problem and the Account email address. We reply within 14 days.
A Consumer has the rights set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act when the service does not conform to the contract. The Consumer may also seek help from a district or municipal consumer ombudsman or from the provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection.
§ 10. Liability towards businesses
This section does not apply to Consumers. Towards Clients buying as part of their professional activity, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or up to the price of the Pack the damage relates to. We are not liable for lost profits.
§ 11. Final provisions
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may change these Terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law, in the scope of the service or in prices. We inform Clients of a change by email at least 14 days in advance. A Client who does not agree may end the contract before that date. Changes do not apply to Packs already purchased, unless they are favorable to the Client.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, which does not limit the rights granted to Consumers by mandatory provisions of law. Disputes with Clients buying as part of their professional activity are resolved by the court competent for the service provider's registered office.
